What does my ticket include?

Yep - you are completely taken care of at BlueGlassX! Food, drinks, amazing sessions - we have you covered!

What are the meals like at BlueGlassX?

Every meal is hot, with plenty of protein-packed, healthy options. If you have a dietary concern, please contact us at events@blueglass.com. We will work with you to make sure you are taken care of at our event.

How many tracks are there?

At BlueGlassX, there is always only one track. Speakers and attendees will always eXperience the same thing at the same time.

How many people will be at the event?

We are limiting BlueGlassX 2013 in LA to 175 attendees.

What companies will be in attendance?

Attendees include representatives from some of the world’s biggest brands (like Disney, HSN, Google, Facebook), to the brightest startups, to agency pros, entrepreneurs and small-medium size business owners.

What are the event hours?

Breakfast kicks the day off around 8:30 a.m., with the first session starting at 9:15. The last session wraps up at 5:30, with dinner and the evening party to follow. The bar usually closes around 10 p.m.

Can I ask questions at the conference?

Yes! At the end of every session, 15 minutes are factored in for any questions you may have. Didn’t want to ask your question during Q&A? Speakers are always available during the networking events to talk with you then.

Are there separate parties for speakers and attendees?

No. At BlueGlassX, there is no separation between speakers and attendees. This includes the parties.

What does the room setup look like?

All attendees will be seated at banquet-style tables so that everyone can easily access their laptops and feel comfortable sitting all day. Each table will also be equipped for easy charging capabilities. Don’t worry - of course there will be wifi!
