As Client Services Specialist, Amanda works on the Client Services team as an advocate for our clients and is responsible for guiding them through the BlueGlass Services process and ensuring that their needs are anticipated and exceeded. She provides constant and consistent client communications to ensure established goals are accomplished.
Prior to the position, Amanda held the Marketing Assistant position at BlueGlass where she was the gatekeeper for the marketing team. She was responsible for organizing the marketing team's projects and helping manage the blog, guest posts and other marketing spaces. Before BlueGlass, Amanda worked at the Naval Air Station, Key West as a Marketing, Outreach and Sponsorship intern. There she created a business and marketing plan and helped grow their social media presence.
Amanda has a B.S. in business administration with a specialization in marketing and minors in leadership and mass communication, along with an M.S. in sport management from the University of Florida. She hopes to build her career at BlueGlass by becoming fully immersed in the digital marketing industry and contributing thoughtfully and creatively every day.
