As Editorial Director, Michelle's goal is to ensure every piece of content produced by BlueGlass is of the highest quality. She accomplishes this first by providing guidance to the content team, and helping them adhere to writing best practices and standards, particularly as they relate to the Web and SEO. Michelle also works closely with the strategy, promotions, and outreach teams, as well as the account managers and BlueGlass leadership, to support clients and provide them with outstanding service. She's also a contributor to the BlueGlass blog, as well as a guest contributor to several respected industry blogs.
Prior to joining BlueGlass, Michelle worked as a writer, editor, and content strategy manager at two Internet marketing agencies, and ran her own content development business. She is also a proud veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
Michelle is a Community College of the Air Force graduate with an A.A.S. In Communications Applications Technology. She also graduated cum laude with a diploma in Russian from the Defense Language Institute. She aspires to continually learn new things, to contribute to the continued success of BlueGlass, and to use her skills and expertise to help others.
