As Marketing Coordinator, Shannon works on the Marketing team as an advocate and ambassador of the BlueGlass Interactive brand. She is responsible for keeping projects on track by facilitating communication within the company, as well as contributing creatively by helping to create blog content and marketing collateral.
Prior to joining BlueGlass, Shannon held the position of Marketing & Communications Coordinator at the Tampa Bay Partnership, a nonprofit regional economic development organization. There, she was responsible for digital communications and online community management and measurement, including social media, e-newsletters, website content, and more. Prior to her role at the Partnership, she served as Account Manager at Common Language, a boutique PR and strategic communications firm, where she began as an Intern her junior year of college.
Shannon received a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of South Florida. Among her passions are branding, audience development, community organization (both online and offline), and entrepreneurship. She enjoys giving back to the community through her involvement with Ad 2 Tampa Bay, where she serves as Treasurer on the Executive Committee.
